HELP!!! « Thread Started on Dec 21, 2007, 3:59am »
Ok, so I'm in the middle of a D&D campaign with some friends.
Two of them have characters that are evil.
One of them is neutral, but swaying a bit towards good.
One of them is good.
They recently were all killed, and I'm bringing them back as undead. The neutral character is going to become mostly evil, and the good character has a small chance to remain good, which may cause conflicts, but he will most likely end up evil as well, and slowly gain back some of the memories of his former life, which may cause him to lean back towards good, depending on a lot of things.
The person who has turned them into undead is a VERY VERY powerful Necromancer, and he wants them to undertake some errand....or adventure that he CANNOT do himself.
What I need from anyone who wishes to help is possible reasons WHY he can't do it himself, and possible motivation for these characters to follow his orders.
So....that having been said, help me out please! lol
If he goes, the good guys will know that whatever the necromancer is looking for is important to him, so if he sends these guys, the good guys will just ignore them or not bother them as much as if they thought it was important.
As for why they go, perhaps there's a chance they can get their lives back. As for following orders, it might be that since the necromancer brought them to half-life, he can send them back to death, all the way.

Hmm...
I've already figured out my own little plan for them now, with some help from Foxee, and a few suggestions from Cefor. If you guys want, you can keep posting suggestions, and I might add them in bit by bit.
