Okay, I'm going to borrow the land from the RP I set up over on WF So:

The country of Islen, more specfiically the populated Kingdom of Ellone, run by a mage council, although there is the figurehead Prince Lukas. There are three main cities -

Eren, a port city, where merchants, traders, pirates and travellers of all kinds gather.

Arin - the captial, a magical city where the Mage Council meets regularly.

and Serin - a fortress city.

There are numerous other towns, villages and hamlets around the kingdom, but the three cities are the biggest and most populated settlements.

Feel free to make several characters, but I think maybe there should be a limit of 4 or 5 each? So we don't get too character heavy, lol! Here's a guide for your profiles - I'll put one up in a bit:

General Personality: No-nonsense, proud-but-not-vain, confident, good sense of humor, dangerous when crossed, can see the grays in life--but sticks to black and white mostly, when worried--just gets calmer and calmer, when angry--you won't know it until it's almost too late.

General Personality: cold and always hovering on the edge of fury, but can assume the personality of someone you'd never notice; proud, but not overly so; fatal when crossed, very clever; "all of life is shades of gray...and lies are just another form of truth."

Gender: Female
Appearance: Plain but not unattractive. Skinny, boyish figure - often described as looking like "two peas on a washboard" by those unkind enough to say so. Plain, shoulder length brown hair, deep brown eyes that carry a worn, sad look.
Occupation: Waitress and maid
Hometown: Seabrooke, a small coastal village not far out of Eren
General Personality: A quiet observant type, listens and learns quickly through watching others. Tends to keep to herself and doesn't make friends easily as she is a little shy. A reasonably strong girl, used to hard labour and not above any task. Likes to help people and as she's from true peasant stock, she cannot read nor write. Always keeps her head in a crisis.

General Personality: peternaturally calm and even tempered, she always carries a little smile on her lips (never in her eyes). She empathizes, but has no mercy. She doesn't understand laughter, and never laughs unless it is to unnerve her opponent. Doesn't care if she dies, isn't worried about torture or pain.

Appearance: Dusky skin, long, slightly curling black hair. Large brown eyes. Small in stature, and slender.
Occupation: Nomad (one of the Singers)
Hometown: Has none
General Personality: Mute, but always smiling and joyful. Something of an outcast among the Singers, despite her great talent with a harp, because she cannot sing. Doesn't like to show weakness or vulnerability because of this, and always seems carefree and happy.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Tall and slim, with black hair that extends just below his ears and covers about half of his face
Occupation: Bard/Mercenary
Hometown: Gabon (on another continent)
General Personality: Very charismatic and outgoing. Honest to a fault, and loyal beyond compare.

Carries many magical gadgets, scrolls, maps, and books.

His main fighting skills involve channeling his inner magical energy into the sword he carries.

His other skills include low to medium level magical spells.

It started in Eren, in an inn where Twilight's character, Demanvar, a soldier from Serin was stopping for a meal on his way to deliver a message to one of the Mages in Arin. My characters Ed, a librarian, and Sofie, a serving girl, were also there. So was Jessi's char, Dreya, also a serving girl.

Twilight's character Anaz Lucar came in and sat opposite Demanvar, who thought Anaz was following him. They stared each other out and then one of the Mages, Anjala (controlled by me) came in.

Anjala and Anaz left to talk in private. Turns out Anaz was following someone else - and one of the other Mages sent an assassin after Anjala!

The assassin (Breeze, an elf controlled by Twilight) was coming up road to Eren. Demanvar left when Anjala arrived, and after their conversation Anjala and Anaz also left. Ed, feeling uncomfortable, also went and collected his thing and his horse ready to leave for Arin, where he works in the Great Library.

Before he could leave he was confronted by Sofie, who wanted to go with him. He reluctantly agreed, and was even more annoyed when Sofie convinced Dreya to come along too.

Demanvar, on the road to Arin, was almost run over by a caravan of Singers, driven by the mute harpist Hester (mine). After a convo there he continued on his way.

Anaz also left Eren but was kidnapped by Breeze, who had lost her target of Anjala who had translocated back to Arin to report to the head of the Mage Council, Saehenine. Saehenine had apparantly sent her to find a mysterious girl in Eren who wasn't there.

Breeze beat some info out of Anaz, while Demanvar made it to Arin, having been given disjointed clue to the recipient of the message. It was Magess Reia, who is involved in a conspiracy with Commader Sardon of the Army, and they sent Breeze after Anjala.

A hooded man attempted to kill Reia while Demanvar was delivering the message but failed and got away. Demanvar left and found the same man, Wildair, in the courtyard of the Mage Tower. They are now headed for the barracks for the night, and so Demanvar can question him.

Meanwhile the mysterious young woman Laurel has appeared in Arin, obviously connected to one of the Mages (lol ), and is headed for the city's underground. Also, the Singers have made it to Serin and Hester has been greeted by one Lady Thalassa.

Mivim entered at this point, coming to Arin in the hopes of joining the Mage Guard. He spent the night at the Maiden Fair Inn, where Laurel was eating as were Wildair and Demanvar, while silently exchanging information.

The next day ... Laurel and Mivim both set off for the Mage Tower, but in different directions and for different purposes. Demanvar has woken and Anaz has been brought to Arin, bound and gagged, by Breeze!

Appearance: Around 5'11" Jimmy is handsome, he has a chiselled face with fine features, his hair is a light blonde and is mid-length and worn fashionably.
Occupation: Thief
Hometown: Eren
General Personality: Jimmy is a rogue, he is confident, yet not overly so, he knows he is handsome and uses it. He is also an extremely good actor and has fantastic skills that help him in tough situations. He is very skilled with a sword but prefers to use a dirk that he carries in his right boot. His skills that i spoke of range from being able to charm many a young lady to being able to win at practically any card game.

Is that OK, if its not then just tell me and ill amend it, if it is OK then i'd also like to add another.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Stands about 5’3”, athletic build. She has tawny wavy hair that reaches a few inches past shoulder length and is sun-streaked. Slightly slanted hazel eyes and lightly freckled warm-toned pale skin combine to give her an exotic yet innocent look.

Her clothes are simple and functional, a pair of brown trousers that belonged to her late husband tucked into brown leather boots, simple white shirt with a deep brown leather vest over it, forest green cloak. If she is robbing someone along the way she’ll wear a mask and hat to hide her face and hair. (sorry, couldn’t help it…just too darned much fun. ) She keeps a silky forest-green dress in her saddlebags as well.

She rides a buckskin bay mare and is armed with a dirk, a whip, two crossbows (yes, she is very accurate…her husband taught her well), and a hell of a lot of anger.

Occupation: Was a herbalist and a farmer’s wife. Now that she’s lost everything she’s drifting and occasionally a highway(wo)man, robbing travelers. Not something she does often but it lets off a little anger and gives her more resources than she’d have from living off the land.

Hometown: Orsil, a small agricultural community outside Serin

General Personality: Originally idealistic and sweet-tempered, Coryne is now filled with rage and bitterness after her husband was brutally murdered and she was run off of her land. She’s fearfully introverted after what she’s been through, living in the forest near Serin, and carries a lot of guilt over her husband's death.

Appearance: Short, with an athletic build, he dresses in tight black clothing under his black cloak.

General Personality: Introverted and quiet, but polite and courteous when the situation calls for it. Very rude to anyone he feels is being condescending, but otherwise keeps to himself for the most part.

Carries several daggers, including throwing knives.
Also carries 2 sais and 2 kodachis, all of which he uses interchangabely during combat.

Sometimes poisons his weapons depending upon the situation.

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Appearance: Around 5'10" Sam is a handsome young man, he is brother to jimmy and they are complete opposites in hair colour, Jimmys is pale blonde whereas Sam's is dark brown, nearly black but not quite. He has much the same face as jimmy but less fine features. Sam, although shorter than jimmy is broader than him and has a look of strength to him. He has been many things in his life, along with his brother, soldier, thief, merchant, bar-keeper, brawler and murderer among many other things. His skills are seperate to Jimmy's both men are well spoken but sam is not as vindictive as closed as jimmy, who rarely allows anyone in, although both are dangerous they use their differences to their advantages and neither are what they seem. His hai is far shorter than Jimmy's, cut close to the head and he sports a fashionable goatee where jimmy is clean-shaven.

Occupation: Hehas had many, see above lol.

Hometown: Eren.

General Personality: Sam, to all outward appearances is a kind and generous young man who can nevertheless lay a man out with a single punch, however, he is not mean and shows his emotions farmore than jimmy does.

Appearance: Tall and muscular, he always stands up straight. He wears his dark grey uniform when not in combat, and when in combat he wears scale mail armor wields a bastard sword and large shield.
Occupation: Captain of the Mages' Guard
Hometown: Arin
General Personality: With a commanding and forceful voice, he's always honest and respectful, but will never cease to speak his mind on important matters, especially if he feels his opinion is the best choice, which is almost always.

Carries a short sword on his belt at all times (whether in combat or not), as well as a dagger hidden in a boot sheath on his left boot.
